She is survived by: her children, Shawn, Mendy Henry, Benjamin Henry, Jason, Lori Henry, Steve and Erin Blake (Henry); and her grandchildren, Madelena, River, Brandon, Josh, Daniel, Jessica, Brooklyn, Sage, Sadie, Skye, Summer, Rocco and Raven.
