He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Harold and Alice Nelson; his sister Mary Jane; and his son Jared. He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Wendy (Parker), Shannan (David), David (Erlene), Michael (Tammy), Tom (Tonya), Alisa (Kelton) and Jana (Matt); and his sisters, Bonnie, Betsy and Karen (John). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
