He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Rue Nielson (Angela) and Janel Rutland McDaniel (Wyatt); his wife Brianne Nielson; his son Oliver; his siblings, Paige, Kaylee, Jordan, Alex (Jenn) and Mercedes (Erick); his in-laws, Brock (Lara) and Bailee (Caleb); and his father-in-law Robert (Michelle). He is also survived by many other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, Nephews and Grandparents.

A celebration of life will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Serenity Funeral Home (13863 S 2700 W, Bluffdale, UT 84020). A graveside service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Redwood Memorial (6500 S Redwood Rd, Salt Lake City, UT 84123).
