She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Leander Butler and Ella Ethel Birrell; her husband Jerry Whitehead; her brother Lee Butler; her daughter Debby Mackay; her son-in-law Mike Miller; and her grandson Jason Potter.

She is survived by: her children, Terri Buck (Don), Scott Butterfield (Julie), Geraldine "Geri" Miller, Richard Whitehead (Pam) and Corrine Turton. She is also survived by Many sisters and brothers in law, many adored grandchildren and many, many great grandchildren.
