She is survived by: her husband Charles David Bills; and her children, Charles (Chick), Collen Bruse, Jeff Bills (Janet), Lorie Griffith (Grant) and Scott Bills (Karrie). She is also survived by five daughters, many grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
