He was predeceased by: his brother Brian Wardell; his grandparents, Keith, Shirley Wardell, Richard and Beverly Wallace; and his brother-in-law David Klenk.
He is survived by: his parents, David Keith Wardell and Carolyn Diane Wallace Wardell; his wife Jennifer Klenk Wardell; his children, Braden Wardell, Alexander Wardell and Brynnlee Wardell; his stepchildren, Luna Leavitt and Chase Leavitt; his brother Marc Wardell (Janeil); and his parents-in-law, Terry Klenk and Diane Klenk. He is also survived by 3 Nieces and Nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (4825 W 7000 S, West Jordan, UT 84084). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 6th 2026 at 1075 E 4580 S, Millcreek, UT 84117.
