He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Leo Gallup, Sharon Gallup and Norman Gage. He is survived by: his parents, Mark Gallup and Elana Gallup; his son David James Gallup; his siblings, Jeremy Gallup (Chari), Tashina Gallup and Kira Robinson (Layne); his grandmother Diane Gage; and his nieces and nephews, Sadie, Jaxton, Lincoln, Grayson, Raistlin and Nova.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Meetinghouse of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter (7580 Abbotsbury Ln, West Jordan, UT 84084).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a trust fund for Jacob's son, David, to help carry forward the love and care Jacob always showed him.
