He is survived by: his wife Claudia Butterfield; his children, Brad (Shannon), Suzette, Stacy Allen (Blake), Travis (Jill) and Corey (Shari); and his sister Bobbie Lee Thurgood (Ron). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
