He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Curtis Jewkes and Joy Ruby Burmester Jewkes; and his siblings, Susan Jewkes Carpenter and Morgan Richard Jewkes. He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Jewkes. He is also survived by his ten siblings; and many loving nieces and nephews.
