He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Atkinson and Laura Atkinson; and his sister Sharon Trujillo. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Kaylene Atkinson; his children, K. Frank Atkinson (Laura), Yvonne Philpot (David) and Roy Atkinson (Jackie); and his sister Kathy Gee. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and many great grandchildren.
