He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hill Watkins; his children, John Watkins of West Jordan, UT and Andrea Smith (Todd) of Urbandale, IA; his siblings, Debi Walters (Bill) of San Jose, CA and Jim Watkins (Judy) of Hartford, IA; his grandson Joe Bell (Britten) of Norwalk, IA; and his great grandchildren, Ayda and Jalen.
