He is survived by: his parents, Maureen Forrest and William Dean Black; his children, Thumper and Bub; his fiancée Sabrina Radomski; his stepfather Bradley Neufeld; his sister Sarah Erwin (Missy); his nephews, Sawyer Erwin, Ellis Erwin, Winston Erwin, Alden Erwin, Elijah and Ayden; and his uncle Matt.
