He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Kratzer and Lona Faye Kratzer; and his brother-in-law Robert Garnett. He is survived by: his wife Tamra Kratzer; his daughters, Nicole Lam (Shiou) and McKel Kratzer; his grandsons, Heston and Roland Lam; and his siblings, Kathy Garnett and Brian Kratzer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
