He was predeceased by: his mother Barbara Hendricks; his grandmother Blanche; and his siblings, Greg and Elizabeth. He is survived by: his father Warren Hendricks; his wife Patti; his son Ezra; and his stepmother Gilda.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Community of Grace Presbyterian Church (2015 Newcastle Dr, Sandy, UT 84093).
