She is survived by: her children, Kim Holzworth (Cathy), Karen Anderson, Doug Holzworth (Karla) and Brian Holzworth (Christie); her grandchildren, Kyle Holzworth (Nicci), Steffen Fernitz (Katja), Amanda Shepherd (John), Carissa Atwood (Nick), Cody Anderson, Shannon Haag (Alex), Shawn Dixon (Elizabeth), Joshua Holzworth (Jazmine), Zandra Holzworth (Andrea), Preston Holzworth (Cassie) and Clark Holzworth (Rebecca Springer); and her brother Bob Pulliam (Maureen). She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren: one great-great-grandchild.
