He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Bugby and Lucille Bugby; and his siblings, Mary, Katherine, Juanita and Donald.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Later Bugby; his children, Christopher (Elizabeth), Micheal, Jennifer (John), Thomas (Shantel), William (Nikki) and Sarah; and his grandchildren, Christian (Madison), Sabrina, Serena (Wyatt), Jared (Alyssa), Ashlyn, Emily, Grace, Sakerra and Thomas James (TJ).
Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the West Jordan LDS Church (5360 W 7000 S, West Jordan, UT 84081). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
