He was predeceased by: his brothers, Tim, Bob and Gary. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his son Jay (Britnie); his granddaughters, Brikayla and Rylee; his siblings, Nancy, Renee and Raymond (Sandy); and his sisters-in-law, Connie and Jean. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (5360 W 7000 S, West Jordan, UT 84084).
