She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Isabelle and Ira Clifton Anderson; her husband Barney Alvey; her siblings, Clifton, Margie Birrell, Elaine Nelson and Kathy Carter; and her brothers-in-law, Bill Birrell, Stan Nelson and Fred Newsome.
She is survived by: her children, Jody Leikam (Dale), Scott Alvey (Janene), Brent Alvey (Lisa) and Daniel Alvey; her sister Fay Newsome; and her brother-in-law Craig Carter. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
