Vergie Juanita Mixon Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 24, 2025, at the age of 86, Vergie Juanita Mixon in West Jordan, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Vergie may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Vergie touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wardie Tolson and Arnie Belle Tolson; and her husband Robert Lane Mixon Sr.. She is survived by: her sons, Robert Lane Mixon, Jr. (Melody) and Stephen Douglas Mixon (Kristi); her niece Linda Howell (Wayne); her brother Bill Tolson (Alice); and her sister-in-law Dorothy Fightmaster.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (910 N Center St, Perry, FL 32347).
