He is survived by: his caregiver RaNae Madsen; his former wife Carolyn Owen; his son Ben; his child-in-law RaNae B. Madsen; his son Bryan Madsen (Martha); his wife RaNae B. Madsen; his children, Benjamin Frederick Bullough II (Jamie), Shelly Stoddard (Jared), Kelly Topham (Shannon), Bret Bullough (Casey), Brandon Bullough and Kenyon Madsen; and also Boyd (Elsa). He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
