Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Clair leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace L Thompson and Rhoda Dorius Thompson; his wife Colene Thompson; his siblings, Kay Thompson, LaWana Baxter and Carol Christiansen; and his grandson Kevin Hill.
He is survived by: his children, Vickie Thompson (Elsinore), Julie Thompson (West Valley City), Tracy Kidd (West Valley City) and Sherrie Bosen (Tooele); and his brother Charles Thompson (Colorado). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Memorial Redwood Mortuary and Cemetery (6500 S Redwood Rd, West Jordan, UT 84084). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
