He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Crabtree; his wife Crystal Johansen; and his siblings, Roseann Davis and Blane Crabtree. He is survived by: his mother Annette Crabtree; his children, Whitley Trujillo (Levi), Britley, Victoria, Tyler and Peter; his grandson Carter; and his siblings, Wayne, Shane (Traci), Duane (Elissa), Roger Davis, Suseann Meaders (Billy), Mariann Lamoreaux (Jared) and Laurann Wilkey (Derek).
