He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Ellen Tebbs Hatch and Millard Hatch; his son Mark Ellis Hatch Jr.; and his siblings, Norma, Lida, Wendell, Lyle, Carvel, Claude and Bruce.
He is survived by: his wife Leona Larson Hatch; his daughter Susan Lake (Craig); his daughter-in-law Julie Hatch; and his sister Mamie Christiansen. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Wheatland Park Ward (3120 W 4700 S, West Valley City, UT 84119). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Valley View Memorial Park (W 4100 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84120).
