He is survived by: his wife Illa Wright; his children, Michael Demetrius Wright (late Barbara), Barbara Jean Fields (Harold), Leslee Ann Spainhower (Paul), Yvonne Wright and Gregory Wright; his grandchildren, LaShell Robinson (Randall), Brittnee Kennedy (Christopher), Ozsie Fields, Barbara Garvin and Steele Luke Wright; his great grandchildren, Jordan Robinson, Makayla Robinson, Ivy Kennedy, Isaac Kennedy, Iris Kennedy, Naomi Fields, Nehemiah Garvin and Nova Jean Humphries; James Carter of Dallas, Maetta Brown and Hattie Carter of Lockhart. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and lifelong friends.
