William left this world on October 11, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mac W Sims and Carrie Brenna Rappleye Sims. He is survived by: his wife Jetta Houskeeper; his children, Doug Sims (Connie), Layne Sims (Melony) and Andriel Hubbard (Jon); his siblings, Don Sims (Karen) and Lynette Shipp (Charles); and his stepchildren, Ron Larsen (Sherrie), Barbara Ray, Debbie Crawford (Joel) and Sherrie Abbott (John). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Jordan North 1st Ward (3900 4000 W, West Jordan, UT 84088).
