She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Taylor and Eloise Taylor; her husband Andy of Valentine's Day; her siblings, Kim Taylor, Jimmy Martin, Wayne "Tony" Taylor and Danita Coombs; her brother-in-law Darris McFarland; and her nephew Heath Taylor.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Ford (Mike Thompson), Joey Porter and Christopher Porter (Amanda Talent); and her siblings, Todd Taylor, Utana Nelson (Bernie), Rhea Bond, Carla Tulley and April Burris. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Willard Ward 6th Ward (665 W 7615 S, Willard, UT 84340). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the same location. Penny was also an expert quilter who made many quilts and masks for her community during COVID-19, and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
