He was predeceased by: his parents, Hilton Dabney and MaryEllen Dabney; his brothers, Roger and Ward Dabney; and his grandson Jacob Russell Thomas.
He is survived by: his close friend Sandra Smith; and his children, Jennifer Dabney-Witte, Tiffany Bailey (Tim), Melissa Dabney-Thomas (Marcus), John Dabney (Des), Kate Bushman (Joe) and Andrea Rose (Brian).
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the Willard 3rd Ward (665 W 7615 S, Willard, UT 84340). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
