He is survived by: his wife Joan LuWaine Evans; his children, Helen White (Wade), Mark (Cyndy), Joe (Terri), Rex (Angie), Jason (Dayna), Greg (Sherae) and Mitch (Anna); and his siblings, Margo (Dale), Dawn, Louis (Linda), Debbie (Jim) and Ricky (Lisa). He is also survived by 27 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren.
