He is survived by: his wife Karen Burke Green; his mother Michele Therese Jugant Green; and his sons, Devin Carde, Daniel Carde, Beirut, Lebanon, Curtis (Amber Abrath), Micah, Salt and Brenden Green (Sarah Livingston). He is also survived by his wife, five sons, two granddaughters, a grandson on the way, seven siblings and his mother.
