He is survived by: his wife Sandra Renee Cook (Jeffs); his granddaughter Charlene Allen (Wayne); his children, Spencer, Savanna, Madison and Jeff (Brandi); his grandchildren, Nathan and Natalie; his daughters, Jeannette (Nolan) and Pamela Hardy (Jeff); his grandchildren, Brianna, Jared and Ashley; his son James (Lisa); his grandchildren, Ethan, Lilah, Juliet and Oliver Jon; his son David (Julianne); his siblings, Kathi Allen (Dave) and Richard (Jae Young); and his wonderful Papenfuss. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
