He is survived by: his wife Tracy Burks; his sons, Chad Ryan Burks and Clay Tyler Burks; his grandchild Alayah Burks; his siblings, Donna Keene (Joe), Dave Burks (Stephanie), Doug Burks (Dawneda) and Nick Burks; his parents-in-law, Gaye and Wendell Hart; his siblings-in-law, Scott and Christina Hart; his nephew Clint Hart (Taylor); and his great-nephew Bo Hart. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frost Funeral Home (250 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210). A procession will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 1:45 PM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Forest Hills Memory Gardens (19415 Lee Hwy, Abingdon, VA 24210).
