He was predeceased by: his father Ricky Wise; his grandparents, Jake and Barbara Wise; and his uncle Randy Wise. He is survived by: his sister Ashley Garn; his nephew Grayson; his brothers, Jason Wise, Chris Alexander and Zachary Wise; his mother Brenda Tignor; his stepmother Anita Wise; his aunt Joyce Penson (Jim); and his uncle Tim Wise (Melissa). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and special cousins.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the family to assist with expenses.
