He is survived by: his children, Arthur Woodard, Jr., William Clinton Woodard, Jonathan Woodard, Christopher Woodard, Patrick Woodard, Jeannie Bowman, Amanda Mendez and Pamela Bowman; and his siblings, Norma Jean Lanier, Judy Ann Lamar (Gary), Phibby Venable, Janet Elizabeth Evans, Lona Kay Waskey, George Raymond Woodard and Ricky Donald Woodard. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
