She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Myrtle Brooks Austin; her husband Ezra Eugene Hall, Jr. (Pete); and her siblings, Paul, Curtis, Joe, Earl, Kinnie, Jerry, Sleepy Austin, Beecher, Jim Chaffin, Cora Martin, Mildred Lawrence and Audrey Meade.
She is survived by: her children, Tammy Woods (Jim Smith), Katherine Jessee (Ricky), Gary Hall (Renee), Tanner Hall (Michelle), Wayne Hall (Priscilla), Donald Hall (Karen), Greg Hall and Henry Hall (Ashley); and her brothers, Marvin, Ronald and Larry Austin. She is also survived by twenty-two grandchildren; forty-seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Castlewood Funeral Home (80 Donnie Dean Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A procession will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Temple Hill Memorial Park (2529 Memorial Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224).
