With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barton E. Roark (Abingdon, Virginia), who passed away on June 27, 2023 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Wint Roark and Ella Salmon Roark. He is survived by: his wife Lola Roark; and his daughters, Linda Dodson of Kingsport, TN and Connie Dickson (Tim) of Haymarket, VA. He is also survived by three grandsons; one granddaughter; four step grandsons; two great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
