It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Sue Webb (Abingdon, Virginia), who passed away on March 8, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Pete" Ball and Emma Sue Ball; her husband Johnny Webb; and her son Robert John Webb. She is survived by: her children, Belinda Webb Woodall (Todd) of Abingdon, VA and Nicholas Webb of Newport, TN; her granddaughters, Lauren, Lacey, Landree Woodall and Ella Webb of Newport; her sisters, Sandy Webb of Newport and Frieda Hartsell (Rusty) of Asheboro, NC; her friend Sherry Strange; and her sister-in-law Louise Watts.
