He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Kay Ratliff Church; his children, Matthew Church (Pam) and Tammy Ramey (Gary); his brothers, Jimmy Church (Tippy), Danny Church (Barbara) and David Church; his grandchildren, Gary Cooper (Kelly), Erica Christian (Mikey), Canaan Ramey and Kasie Church (Jacob Grizzle); and his great grandchildren, Ava Cooper, Kayden Christian and Kynzlee Christian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
