It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Kay Seymore of Abingdon, Virginia, born in Damascus, Virginia, who passed away on April 1, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Brenda may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Brenda touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her son Danny; and her siblings, Bob, Ron, Dan Osborne, Peggy Osborne and Claudine Owens.
She is survived by: her husband Vernie Seymore; her children, Mike Seymore (Kelly) of Abingdon, Virginia and Connie Everhart (Chad) of Rota, Spain.; and her grandsons, Caleb Seymore (Becca) of Raleigh, Cameron Everhart of San Diego and Charles Everhart of Las Vegas, Nevada..
