She was predeceased by: her parents, Dan Olinger and Dorothy Olinger (Heath); and her brother Jeff Olinger. She is survived by: her husband David Alan Smith; her daughter Brenta Harris of Bristol; her grandson Alex Jr. of Leander; her sister-in-law Reba Olinger of Bristol; her nephew Jay Olinger of Saltville; her great-nephew Damyen Olinger of Chilhowie; her brother-in-law Dale (Jan Smith) of Scotts; her niece Dr. Jennifer Carman (Mickey); Kasey of Augusta, Michigan..
A memorial service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the D. R. Henderson Funeral Home (148 E Main St, Saltville, VA 24370).
