She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence "Dan" Watkins and Georgia Watkins; her husband James; her siblings, Vivian Santona and Lawrence Daniel "Danny" Watkins; and her siblings-in-law, Harry Fullen, Lawrence Mayo and Brenda Fullen.
She is survived by: her sons, James Fullen (Regina), Jeffrey Fullen (Amelia) and Jonathan Fullen (Sheila Moody); her grandchildren, Aaron Fullen, Alex Raykowitz and Braylon Arnold; her siblings-in-law, Mattie Mayo, Jake Fullen, Jr. (Shirley) and Joyce Lindsey (Warren); her nephew Lawrence Tambora Watkins; and her caregiver Sandy Call. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Main Street Chapel of Farris Funeral Service (427 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Farris Funeral Service (427 E Main St, Abingdon, VA 24210).
