Carl Benjamin Taylor Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Benjamin Taylor (Abingdon, Virginia), who passed away on May 18, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Sylvester Taylor (Nealie Jones Taylor); and his wife Dorothy Carrow Taylor. He is survived by: his children, Carla Ward (Brad) of Washington, N. C., Tom Taylor of Stokes, N. C., Monica Hall (Doug) of Williamsburg, Trish Carlton (Larry) of Abingdon, Kay Perry (Michael) of Monroe, N. C. and Mandy Taylor of Bear Grass, N. C.; his siblings, Rose T. Leggett (Danny) of Bear Grass, N. C. and Tony Taylor (Jane) of Bear Grass, N. C.; his grandchildren, Matthew, Tessie, Kyle, Kinsey, Lori, Becky and Sara; and his great grandchildren, Brylee, Nash and Oscar.
A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Taylor Family Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Rose of Sharon Original Freewill Baptist Church, 8000 Bear Grass Rd., Robersonville, N.C. 27871.
