Blevins (Brenda Miller); his grandchildren, Bill Boyer, James Yates, Hershel Davis, Jr., William Blevins, Jordan Blevins, Josh Barr and Dakota Sexton; his siblings, Earl Scott Blevins (Jeanne), Eddie Blevins (Ann) and Clara Necessary Barker; his stepchildren, Randy Hicks (Marsha), Sandra Hicks and Tina Lewis; his caregiver Lori Ann Blevins; his nephew Larry Church (Rena); Josh and Haley Cole. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, step grandchildren and step great-great grandchildren.
