He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Jenkins Hughes (David) of Chesapeake, Yada Rosenbaum Callanan and Charles James Rosenbaum, III (Tammy) of Lynchburg; his grandchildren, Sarah, Sharon, Alex, Kayla, Kelsey, Rachel and Reed; his siblings, Betty Donely and David Rosenbaum (Cathy); and his close friend Lucy Looney.
