She was predeceased by: her father Clyde Stiltner; and her brother Clyde Daniel Stiltner. She is survived by: her mother Delores Colley Stiltner; her husband Billy Ratliff; her son Dion Ratliff (Sherry); and her siblings, Phyllis Wade (Danny), Eddie Dean Stiltner and Tommy Ray Stiltner. She is also survived by four grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
