She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoyt Bond and Virginia Addington Bond of Scott County, Virginia.; her husband William Frazier Scott; her daughter Karen Lynn Scott McKibben; and her grandchildren, Rachel A. Banks and Richard Frazier Scott McKibben.
She is survived by: her son William Frazier Scott Jr. of Front Royal, VA; her siblings, Sharon Sowers (Danny) of Wytheville, VA and Charles M. Bond (Robin) of Nickelsville, VA; her grandson-in-law Barry Banks of Abingdon, VA; her friend Sandy Burgess; and her close friend Tom Sutton. She is also survived by two granddaughters and twelve great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild.
