She is survived by: her sons, Tim Cook (Melda), Tony Cook, Mark Cook (Becky) and Chris Cook (Nora); her grandchildren, Nicholas Cook (Jennifer), Eric Cook, Shasta Puckett (Garid), Stephanie Cook (Justin), Cierra Cook and Brayden Hubbard; her great grandchildren, Maddox Jacocks, Jameson Puckett, Layla Puckett and Jaxon Puckett; her sisters, Gayle Harless and Cathy Sharrett (John); and her sisters-in-law, Nina Stratton, Judy Wise and Rose Stratton. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
