She was predeceased by: her parents, John Casey and Minnie Casey; her husbands, Ralph Rhoten and Dale Pierce; and her great grandchild Sabella Joy McDowell.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy Everhart (Conley) of Baltimore, MD; her granddaughter Sonya Webb of Baltimore; her great grandchildren, Corey Everhart of Baltimore, Sasha Smith (Alton) of Bolton, NC, Shilah Webb of Baltimore and Sophia McDonell of Baltimore; her great great grandchildren, Farrah Webb, Elijah Crawford, Daniel Jay, Alorah Jay, Thomas Jay, Skylah Smith, Joziah Smith and Saiha Smith; and her brothers, Jennings Casey (Viola) of Aberdeen, MD and Dean Casey of Glade Spring, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
