He is survived by: his wife Debra; his daughters, Melanie Walsh (Butch), Marisa Meadows (Josh) and Michelle Dempsey (Jared); his grandchildren, Jacob Blevins (Charity), Carrington Baxter, Tanner Meadows, Phipps of Montana, Connor Dempsey, Kaleb Meadows and Madelyn Dempsey; his sisters, Sandi Rouse (Ellis) and Bobbie Cornett (Jimmy); and his brother-in-law Jonithan Blevins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts uncles and a great grandchild.
