He is survived by: his wife Lora B. Duncan; his sister-in-law Lucille Duncan of Bristol; his pet Freddie; his nephews, John Helton, Randy Duncan, Freddie Duncan, Mike Reynolds, Billy Wise, Adam Smith and Roger Hearl; and his caregivers, Mary Ray and Kristy Ray. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
