He is survived by: his wife Janette Boothe Orfield; and his children, Roger Dale Orfield (Patricia), James Robert Orfield (Anita), Patti Orfield, Cheryl Carmack (Ricky) and Janice Garlitz. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
